In consideration of receiving the Robert Jack's S&P E-Mini Trading System Course or any other products of Robert Jack's Consulting Company , the student hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Robert Jack S&P E-Mini Trading System Course or any other product may disclose to the student certain proprietary and confidential information of RobertJacksEmini.com; said proprietary information may consist of methods, techniques, formulas, processes, and trading rules. The student agrees not to disclose or divulge to others any confidential information, or any other proprietary information of RobertJacksEmini.com. This material and information may not be published, broadcast, copied, rewritten, redistributed, or resold. Robert Jack's Consulting Company will take any and all legal action to protect its rights. Robert Jack's Consulting Company also may notify any third party of the existence of a breach, and shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach.
Refund Policy
Robert Jack's Consulting Company does not issue any refunds of the purchase price of the Robert Jack S&P E-Mini Trading System Course nor any other of Robert Jack's Consulting Company products or service, for any reason. Please make sure before purchasing that you understand that we do not issue refunds and all our products are sold as is, and all sales are final. We provide our users with our trading know-how and know-how by its inherent nature, once it is received by someone, cannot be returned to us. Our products are sold at a very low price which substantially reduces any risk for the buyer.
If for some reason a purchaser is not able to download any of our PDF products, a printed version will be sent to the purchaser's billing address via U.S. Mail at no additional cost.
