Student Non-Disclosure Agreement
In consideration of receiving the Robert Jack's S&P E-Mini and Micro E-Mini Day Trading Course, the student hereby agrees and acknowledges that the said Trading Course may disclose to the student certain proprietary and confidential information of Robert Jack's, and said proprietary information may consist of methods, techniques, formulas, processes, and trading rules. The student agrees not to disclose or divulge to others, including future employers, any confidential information, or any other proprietary information of Robert Jack's. This material and information may not be published, broadcast, copied, rewritten, redistributed, or resold anywhere including on the internet and any social media platforms. Robert Jack's will take any and all legal action to protect its rights. Robert Jack's also may notify any third party of the existence of a breach, and shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach.
Refund Policy for Robert Jack's S&P 500 E-Mini and Micro E-Mini Day Trading Course
Because the know-how that we provide to the student, by its nature cannot be returned to Robert Jack's, we do not issue any refunds of the purchase price of Robert Jacks S&P 500 E-Mini and Micro E-Mini Day Trading Course (Course). By enrolling in the Course, the student is agreeing to be bound by this refund policy.
